Kyle L. Miller

Kyle Miller is the Managing Member of 1728 Advisory Group, LLC., a family investment office based in Boston. His investments include private and public market asset classes across a broad spectrum of industries through debt, equity and financial derivative instruments. His portfolio of direct private investments includes Commonwealth Fusion Systems (fusion energy), Ryze Superfoods (consumer products), Aven (consumer finance), HappyBaby (consumer products), Dataminr (AI risk detection), and Nscale (AI infrastructure). Mr. Miller has been a strategic investor and board member in both Xibus and the merged company, Fluorityx, since 2023.
Previously, Mr. Miller built and served as CEO, President and member of the Board of Directors at Hudson Castle Group, a New York-based financial services firm he sold in 2011. Prior to Hudson Castle, he was a Managing Director/Senior Banker and Business Head at Lehman Brothers in the 1990s. Before Lehman, he was a Senior Banker at Citigroup. Mr. Miller has a long history on Wall Street of scaling businesses and deal making.
He has an MBA from Columbia University School of Business and a BA from Dickinson College.
